MANUEL DE LA OSSA ELIAS
Manny, as he is fondly called by the family, is the oldest son of Angelita and Abelino De La Ossa of Lochil and Patagonia. Manny joined the Army Air Force in 1947 as he was finishing Patagonia High School, serving time in Germany and Spain. He participated in the Berlin Airlift before going on to his second assignment as a Spanish Interpreter with the U.S. State Department in Madrid Spain. He and his wife Niomi have four daughters and a son. He is a member of the management staff at the Harris Corporation Livestock Division. Manny is well known in the livestock industry and has been recognized for some of the technology advances he has developed in the cattle feeding business. He has residences in Coalinga and Fresno, California. More cousins. . .
